Among youth: Our sisters are working in the Parishes wherever we have convent. Sisters work among youth, children and ladies of the respective parishes. They take active participation in all parish activities and give them timely guidance.
Intercession: There is a perpetual Adoration Centre (8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.) in Karuna Bhavan, related to Provincial House. Shanthi Bhavan, Meerganj also is prayer centre along with the Retreat Centre of Vincentian Fathers. There are long hours of daily adoration in St. Agnes Convent, Lucknow and Francis Bhavan, Kakori also.
Prison: One sister each is involved with the Prison Ministry -District Jail twice a week, from San Francisco Provincial House, Bareilly, & Mission House, Palakkad, teaching them value education and conduct prayer services.
Service in Parishes: Our sisters are involved in teaching catechism. Sisters prepare children and adults for receiving Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, Holy Communion and Marriage; they also lead the various pious associations in the parishes such as Friends of Jesus, SFO (Secular Franciscan Order), Organization of Mothers, Cruzvir, and Youth. We also coordinate migrant girls /boys -nurses -for prayer and liturgy.
Vocation Promotion: Two sisters are involved in fulltime Vocation Promotion in Kerala; in Mission, it is as per the availability of the persons i.e. formators & sisters.
Formation: Formees of Come & See, Pre-Postulancy Phase I -1st Year, Students -Intermediate studies (2nd year) & Faith Formation (3rd year) are done in different places in the Povince itself. Phase -II, Postulancy & Novitiate are with other Mission Provinces. There is a Juniors'Coordinator for Junior sisters and Young Seniors' Coordinator for the Senior Sisters till they complete 10 yrs. after Final profession. Time to time they conduct exams/gatherings. Sisters in ongoing formation have 2 days courses and outing arranged.
